Easy carrot cake recipe

- 50 gr of unsalted butter.
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 125 gr of icing sugar (also known as nevazúcar).
- 150 gr of walnuts (you can substitute sliced almonds or peanuts without salt) .
The mass of the cake (or cake)
So that the cake is spongy-juicy-meaty, and with all the fantastic qualities that end in "Bear", begins with something fundamental: to treat on the one hand the ingredients considered dry and on the other considered wet, before combined become cake.
Bowl 1 - Dry ingredients : look for a bowl and mix in it the flour, the Baking powder, baking soda, two types of sugar, salt, and cinnamon. And, speaking of flours, if you love with recipes with little or no wheat flour, you can replace it with almond flour, which is a delicacy. Give homogeneity to everything.
Bake : Preheat the oven to 180 ° while flour and butter in a mold that has your favorite shape. Pour the dough into it and bake for 50 minutes, always vigilant.This is the basis of frosting that, like the cake, can be seasoned with rich flavors that enhance it, such as lemon or orange juice, or instead, with natural coconut cream. But if you like it classic, leave it until the vanilla.
This base will be bathed and stirred with the icing sugar, until the desired consistency is achieved.
Putting together the carrot cake
Take the cake out of the fridge, unmold, and make a cross section that divides it into a top layer and a bottom layer. Cover the bottom layer with generous frosting and, as if it were a large carrot cake sandwich, place the top layer on it.
